Behavior Therapy & Clinical Consultation
Behavior Therapy & Clinical Consultation focuses on harnessing your own motivation and capacity for change using principles of ABA, Clinical Behavior Analysis and Trauma-Informed Compassionate-Care modalities. Following an intake assessment, a personalized care-plan will be created that focuses on your unique strengths to increase skills for coping, resilience and living your values. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, billed as 1hr. We have a limited number of sliding scale slots available.

Spiritual Counseling & Integrative Practices
Holistic Grief support is provided when the wisdom of the body, mind and soul are witnessed and held. Compassion-centered intuitive work is thoughtfully balanced alongside psychological safety practices that allow the body to experience deep relaxation, reflection, and rest alongside clarity, insight, and personal growth. Embodied rituals create meaning while somatic energy work allows you to slow down, tune inward and integrate the intuitive guidance. Sessions are 1 hr in length.

Community Wellness Events
Experience the synergistic effects of community wellness. Offerings vary seasonally and blend science and spiritual practices for self-care. (Previous events have included: Book Club, Mindful Flower Market and Women's Circles).
